I published a book!

Today, it feels surreal to announce that I am officially a published author!

This is the hardest thing I have ever done, and I could not be more excited (and let’s be real, a bit terrified) to share it with the world.

What began as an idea for a book about post-grad life when I was 23 evolved tremendously over the last SIX years into the book you see me holding today.

This is the finished product, but there’s years of time, work, energy, money, tears, self-doubt, and endurance that was needed to write, edit, rewrite, and publish this book.

I wrote the book because I saw a need and opportunity to talk about the tumultuous times of our twenties and early thirties from the perspective of those currently living through it. In addition to sharing my story, Coming of Age shares insights and anecdotes from survey respondents that highlight the ups and downs about the post-grad years, the twenties, and beyond.

For those in their 20s and 30s, my hope is that this book makes you feel less alone in your own battles, circumstances, challenges, and joys. For those who know someone in their 20s and 30s, my hope is that this book can spark conversations to foster dialogue within families, universities, and businesses to better support young adults in this transition to adulthood.

Paperback, hardcover and eBook are all available on Amazon and Kindle. Paperback is also available at Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Target, and Indie Bound (to buy local).

Check out my website (www.catelesourd.com) for more info! Can’t believe I can call myself a published author. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way! I am so grateful.
